Shipping policy

🍋 PRODUCTION TIMES
Please note production times for masks are different than jewelry orders. We will be updating you as we send your orders out!

• Turnaround for JEWELRY orders is 1-3 business days.
• • Orders are made in the order they are received.
• • • Each piece is handmade to order by me, so if there is a slight delay, please remember that handmade items take time, but are worth the wait! *

• Turnaround for MASK orders is 3-14 business days.

*Note that production times are subject to change due to demand and USPS delays during COVID.

🍋 SHIPPING TIMES (within the US)
• USPS First Class Shipping:
FREE | 3-5 business days shipping transit time

• USPS Priority Shipping:
$10 | 2-3 business days shipping transit time

• USPS Express Shipping:
$32 | 1-2 business days shipping transit time

You may select the shipping method in the drop-down menu upon checkout.

🍋 PLEASE NOTE
If you are ordering a custom piece, be sure to check your inbox in case I have a question. These orders may be held up and cause a delay in delivery if there is a detail I am missing!

🍋 ORDER STATUS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

🍋 LOST IN TRANSIT
Should your package be lost or damaged in transit (confirmed by USPS), I will replace your item at no cost to you. I cannot issue refunds due to shipping mishaps.

🍋 RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order rushed, please be sure to select an expedited form of shipping at checkout. In addition, please include the needed delivery date in the “note to seller” section so that I can either prioritize your order, or contact you to discuss options if it is too close.

🍋BULK ORDERS
For orders with more than 5 items, expect the production time to vary. If this is the case, contact me directly for an estimated time of arrival. Each item is handmade and can take between 1-3 weeks to produce based on the amount of items in your order.

🍋 REPAIRS/SIZING
See the Repair and Sizing section below for more details if your piece is broken or needs adjustments!
If returned within 60 days of receiving, all services are complimentary, shipping not included.
If returned after 60 days of receiving, the customer will pay repairs fee + shipping.

🍋 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Camilla Limón LOVES our international customers! We ship worldwide.

• TRANSIT TIMES:
Typical transit times are 7-14 days, but can vary due to customs clearance, among other variables. I have no control over international shipping times, but I ensure all packages over $40, in case of loss. Please contact me if there is a delay or loss of orders.

• CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES:
Most packages go through customs without any charges, but please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
