Shipping & Production Times

Processing times
Processing time depends on the piece you order. Ready-to-ship items and made-to-order, assembled-to-order, custom, or personalized pieces may have different turnaround times. The current processing estimate is shown directly on each product page so you always see the most up-to-date timing before you order.

Shipping within the US
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard US shipping is available on qualifying orders; the current threshold is shown at the top of the site and on product pages.

International shipping
We ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and available shipping methods. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout and are the buyer's responsibility.

Rush orders
If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timing is possible. Choosing expedited shipping speeds up transit after shipment but does not automatically shorten production time.

Bulk orders
Production time and pricing vary with the size of your order. Larger or time-sensitive orders may require additional processing time. Email hello@camillalimon.com for an estimate before placing the order.

Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable or delayed after you order, we will contact you with an update and available options.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
