Shipping & Production Times

Production times
Standard pieces are made and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized pieces take 3-5 business days before they ship, since each one is hand-stamped to order. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Turnaround can run longer during busy seasons, as there is only one of me!

Shipping rates within the US
$5 on orders under $50. Free on orders of $50 and up.

International shipping
We ship worldwide and we love our international customers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and preferred carrier. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. Please confirm any additional costs with your country's customs office before ordering.

Rush orders
If you need your order sooner, select an expedited shipping method at checkout and add your needed delivery date in the order notes. I'll either prioritize your order or contact you to discuss options if I can't deliver in time.

Bulk orders
Production time and pricing vary with the size of your order, and larger orders can take up to a month. Email hello@camillalimon.com for an estimate on your specific order. For cuff orders of 5 or more, use code CLBundle5.

Backorders
Occasionally an in-stock item may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. I'll communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order.

Tracking
Your tracking number will arrive in a confirmation email. If you haven't received a confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase, email hello@camillalimon.com.
