Each piece is made with attention to detail and handcrafted with the highest care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact me directly within 3 days of receiving your package and return your item unused in its original condition and packaging within 7 DAYS of receipt for a full refund of that item or credit toward another item(s) -- your choice. Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 7 days.
Any customized jewelry will NOT be accepted for returns unless the fault was mine. I understand customized pieces are personal, so if there is an issue, please contact me to solve immediately.
I work very hard to make sure that each order is made with the quickest turnaround time. If you need to cancel your transaction, please contact me within 6 hours of purchasing. If your order is customized and has already been completed at that time, it can no longer be canceled.
🍋 REPAIRS & SIZING
I want you to love your order and wear it comfortably! Each of my designs are made of quality materials, but things happen and I understand that they may break or fall apart. If your Camilla Limón piece has broken or is in need of an adjustment due to a sizing issue, please contact me directly.
Repairs and sizing are complimentary within the FIRST 60 DAYS of your receipt of an item. No charge (see details for repairs shipping). Following 60 days, you will be charged a small repairs fee which covers materials + labor. Email me for an estimate.
