We are not happy until you are! Please remember that each item is made with attention to detail and handcrafted with the highest care.
All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s). The item(s) must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item(s) and sent back within 14 days of receipt. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 14 days.
We are unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. You are responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier’s rate.

As of August 9, you are now able to return custom items! We have partnered with Kover Return Assurance, which gives you a safe option to return and receive a full refund on custom items.
You’ll have the option to return eligible custom items by adding Return Assurance. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
All orders are hand made with a quick turnaround time, please contact email@example.com within 12 hours of purchasing to cancel. If your order is customized and has already been completed at that time, it can no longer be canceled.
🍋 REPAIRS & SIZING
I want you to love your order and wear it comfortably! Each of my designs are made of quality materials, but things happen and I understand that they may break or fall apart.
If your Camilla Limón piece has broken or is in need of an adjustment due to a sizing issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Repairs and sizing are complimentary within the FIRST 60 DAYS of your receipt of an item. No charge, only shipping costs.
Following 60 days, you will be charged a small repairs fee which covers materials + labor.
