Refund policy

Each piece is made with attention to detail and handcrafted with the highest care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact me directly within 3 days of receiving your package and return your item unused in its original condition and packaging within 7 DAYS of receipt for a full refund of that item or credit toward another item(s) -- your choice. Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@camillalimon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I want you to love your order and wear it comfortably! Each of my designs is made of quality materials, but things happen and I understand that they may break or fall apart. If your Camilla Limón piece has broken or is in need of an adjustment due to a sizing issue, please contact me directly.

Repairs and sizing are complimentary within the FIRST 60 DAYS of your receipt of an item. No charge. Following 60 days, you will be charged a small repairs fee which covers materials + labor. Email for an estimate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. 

Customized jewelry will not be accepted for returns. I understand customized pieces are personal, so if there is an issue, please contact me to solve immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No masks will be accepted for returns for safety reasons.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
I work very hard to make sure that each order is made with the quickest turnaround time. If you need to cancel your transaction, please contact me within 6 hours of purchasing. If your order is customized and has already been completed at that time, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
