When will my order arrive?

The production times listed above are an estimate for how long your order will take to be hand made and be shipped out to you! Typical transit times are 3-5 days, but can vary due to customs clearance, USPS delays, among other variables. Once orders are shipped, I no longer have access to your package or control over its arrival.*

Your tracking number should arrive in a confirmation email to your inbox. If you have not received your confirmation email within 7 days of your purchase, please contact hello@camillalimon.com.

Custom Orders

My goal is to have custom orders sent out within 1-3 days, please be sure to keep an eye on your inbox in case there is a question in regards to your design! These orders may be held up and cause a delay in delivery if there is a detail missing.

Rush Orders

If you need your order rushed, please be sure to select an expedited form of shipping at checkout.

In addition, please include the needed delivery date in the “Note to Seller” Section so that I can either prioritize your order, or contact you to discuss options if it will not arrive in time.

Bulk Orders

Production times for bulk orders vary on size, please contact me directly at hello@camillalimon.com for a time estimate. Each item is handmade and can take up to 1 month to produce based on the size of your order.

Items Lost in Transit

We are unable to replace items that were lost in transit. Please contact me directly at hello@camillalimon.com if this happens to you and we will issue you a discount for your replacement item!
