Returns

We are not happy until you are! Please remember that each item is made with
attention to detail and handcrafted with the highest care.

All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s). The item(s) must be
new, unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item(s) and sent back
within 14 days of receipt. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 14 days.

We are unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. You are
responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier’s rate.

To initiate a return, please email hello@camillalimon.com.

You are now able to return custom items! We have partnered
with Seel Return Assurance, which gives you a safe option to return and
receive a full refund on custom items within their policy guidelines.

You’ll have the option to return eligible custom items by adding Return
Assurance. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart.
Some exclusions will apply.

Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in

Metal Care

ALUMINUM & STAINLESS STEEL:

Using a dampened soft cloth, clean with: undiluted white vinegar or olive oil.

BRASS & COPPER:

Combine 1 teaspoon of salt into 1/2 cup of vinegar, then add flower until it becomes a paste. rub into the cuff and leave for about 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly.
